AOPE Part-Time Staffers Congratulate Makinde, Ogundoyin On Election Victory

The part time staffs of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic on Thursday congratulated Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde and Speaker of Oyo House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Adebo Ogundoyin on their re-election victory at the just concluded general elections.

In a statement made available on Thursday by the staff, congratulated the the duo of Adebo Ogundoyin and Seyi Makinde who emerged winners at the February 18 election.

The congratulatory message reads in part;
“On behalf of the part time staffs of Adeseun Ogundoyin Polytechnic, Eruwa, we extend our congratulatory greetings to the Governor of Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde, Oyo State House of Assembly Speaker, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin on the re-election victory. The body also extend their felicitation to the Chairman and members of the Governing Council, management team of the AOPE.

“The duo of Governor Seyi Makinde and Rt. Hon Adebo Ogundoyin has been tremendous advocate for fairness and equality in Oyo State, and we are thrilled you will be able to continue that leadership.

“We congratulate you on the victory and look forward to continuing to work with you on issues of importance to higher education and to continuing together the excellent cooperation between our institutions.

“We are also ready to intensify our explorations together with the government under your leadership to ensure the proper coordination between our members. Also, to the voters for their participation, patience and resilience in exercising their democratic rights, we say a big thank you.

“Your victory is for democracy and the good people of the state who gave you the mandate to lead the state and have continued to show tremendous support to the noble vision in advancing good governance and impact positively on our lives as true heroes of democracy.

“We are confident you will deliver all your manifestoes and beyond in your second term.”

The staff further appealed to the Governor to hasten efforts in upgrading their status to full fledged staffs of the institution.
