The house of Assembly candidate under the platform of All Progressive Congress in the last general election for Ibarapa East Constituency, Prince Bayo Olaniyan, has congratulated the Permanent Secretary of the Oyo State Ministry of Finance, Mrs Adenike Alabi Fasina, on her 50th birthday.
