
The National President of the Federation of Ibarapa Students Association (FIBSA), Comrade Gabriel Timileyin Michael has assured students of the zone that the administration is working tirelessly on getting bursary from the government to all the students.
Gabriel who disclosed this at the 2022 FIBSA National Day held on Wednesday 4th May at Femadex Royal Gardens, Idere.
In his speech at the annual program, the National President appreciated the indigenous students for their cooperation since the inception of the administration and the massive turnout for the program.
“Let me appreciate all the members of the association for your supports ever since the beginning of this administration, it is evident in the massive turnout we have at this program which is the largest gathering in the history of FIBSA.
“We are pleased to inform you of the ongoing tuition FIBSA Scholarship, ongoing registration of the association with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Students data collation, association’s official website and web app, struggle for bursary from all appropriate quarters.
“This administration is also happy to inform you that we will soon commence a fully funded scholarship and sponsorship for our members, remember that the pillar upon which FIBSA stands is Education”, he added.
In attendance at the program were Prof. Murtala Bidmus ably represented by Hon. Olalere, Hon. John Olopade, Dr. Olusola Ayandele, Hon. Muraina, Ibarapa local government Chairmen were ably represented represented, Comrade Adeleke Quadir with other NANS Oyo JCC executives, OYSCATECH SUG, AOPE SUG, Lanlate College SUG, Ibarapa local government councillors, FIBSA Stakeholders and host of others.
