Tpl. Adesokan Sends Message To Muslims On Sallah Celebration

As muslims in the country join their counterparts worldwide to celebrate the Eid-el-Kabir, founder of Sam Adesokan Initiatives and Helpers Foundation, Tpl. Dr. Adesokan Samuel Adelodun has enjoined all Nigerians to conform to the tenets of the rule of law saying without law and order, no society would prosper.

In his Sallah message to the muslims, Adesokan stressed that the act of obedience as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim when he was commanded by Almighty Allah to sacrifice his only son, Ismail, was a compelling factor for all muslims to act in our daily activities and lead from the front in the maintenance of law and order in our society.

Adesokan made this call on Saturday in his Sallah message to Nigerians released personally by him to newsmen. According to the message, he said it was only through love and peaceful co-existence that the country could attain greater heights. The founder of Sam Adesokan Initiatives said challenges presently facing the country required the efforts of all citizens to overcome, stressing that only Nigerians could solve the country’s problems.

He said “On behalf of my family, political associates and all members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ibarapa East, I extend my sincere felicitation to all our Muslim brethren on the occasion of this year’s Eid-el-Kabir.

“I encourage everyone of us to utilize this season of celebration to extend our love for others in the society and enhance our commitment to the growth of the nation.

“It’s my prayer that Allah helps our country to work in the direction we will all enjoy and guide our leaders so that they may deliver with the best of their abilities.

“Wishing us all a joyous and peaceful celebration,” Adesokan added.
