A District Magistrate Court in Abuja has declared Raheem Adedoyin, the son of Rahman Adedoyin of Hilton Honors Hotel wanted following the role he played in causing the death of Mr Timothy Adegoke.
Adegoke Timothy, 37, died at Hilton Hotel, Ile-Ife shortly after checking into the facility on Friday November 5, and his corpse was dumped in a grave on the outskirts of the city.
The owner of the hotel, Dr. Ramon Adedoyin, and some of his employees are being detained over Adegoke’s death.
The court has therefore declared the son of Rahman Adedoyin Adegoke wanted on December 22, 2021.
Prince Raheem Adedoyin is the Managing Director of Hilton Honors Hotel, Ile Ife.
The Intelligence Response Team (IRT) of the Nigeria Police had earlier contacted the International Criminal Police Organization also known as Interpol to assist in the arrest of Raheem Adedoyin the prime suspect in the mysterious murder of Mr. Timothy Adegoke, a Masters degree student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife.
Raheem, who is on the run, is the key suspect and son of Rahman Adedoyin, the owner of Hilton Hotels and Resort where Adegoke lodged and was murdered is being wanted in connection with the mysterious death of Adegoke.Â
Elizabeth Jonnes Wonni, the Chief District Court Judge gave the judgement at the Abuja Court.
The declaration order reads, “Leave is hereby granted the complainant/applicant to publish the name and pictures photograph of the 8th Defendant’s Prince Raheem Adedoyin the managing Director of Hilton Honors Hotel Ile Ife Osun State in the following newspaper and media houses Guardian Newspaper, Daily Newspaper, Punch Newspaper, Vanguard Newspaper, Daily Trust, Channels TV, NTA, TVC, AIT, all of news media for the purposes of identifying and possibly to arrest him in connection of the role he played in causing the death of Mr Timothy Adegoke “M” 37 Yrs, that is undergoing degree program at Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife on the 5th November, 2021.
“That the court hereby allows the complainant/applicant to publish the name and his pictures photograph of the 8th defendant for the purpose of identifying and arresting him in the following newspaper and media houses, Guardian Newspaper, Daily Newspaper, Punch Newspaper, Vanguard Newspaper, Daily Trust, Channels TV, NTA, TVC, AIT, all of news media, for having conspired with the 1st to 7th respondents to cause the death of Mr Timothy Adegoke M 37 Yrs after killing him, he ran away to unknown place”.
