I remember when I came to you on a certain advertisement in the Local Government Service Commission, you just entered into your room and brought out the requirements, lo and behold I went into the streets, today all the Medical Laboratory Scientists, two per LG were made possible by you. You always tell me once your names are mentioned the appointment is sure, that was how we filled all without any manipulation or over sales of the form.
