Oladeni Toki Foundation Restores Potable Water Supply to Isaba Eruwa Community
Residents of Ward 3, Isaba Eruwa in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State have regained access to clean and safe water following the intervention of the Oladeni Toki Foundation (OTF), chaired by Surveyor Bayo Oladeni.
The Foundation replaced a faulty 2,500-litre water tank that had left the community struggling with water scarcity for weeks. The new facility, linked to the community’s motorized borehole, is now providing steady water supply, easing the burden on households and improving sanitation.
For women and children, who often bear the brunt of water shortages, the project has brought significant relief. Community members described the intervention as timely and life-saving, noting that it has restored hope and dignity to daily living.
During the handover ceremony, OTF representatives emphasized the Foundation’s commitment to sustainable development projects in rural areas, particularly in the areas of water, health, and education.
Surveyor Bayo Oladeni reaffirmed that access to clean water remains a central focus of the Foundation’s mission, stressing that it is a fundamental human right and a cornerstone for healthier communities.
With the restored water system, residents of Isaba Eruwa can now look forward to improved hygiene, reduced health risks, and a better quality of life.
