Oke ‘Badan Union Felicitates 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Rashidi Ladoja on Coronation

Executive Council and members of the Oke ‘Badan Union have joined all sons and daughters of Ibadanland in congratulating His Imperial Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Akanmu Ladoja on his installation as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland.

According to a release signed by the President, Alh. Bello Adeleke Oladeji on behalf of the Union, and made available to our correspondent, he stated, “the Executive Council and members of the Oke ‘Badan Union heartily rejoice with our new Kabiyesi, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Senator Rashidi Adewolu Akanmu Ladoja on his ascension to the throne of his forebears as the 44th Olubadan of Ibadanland. We appreciate His Excellency, Engr. Oluseyi Abiodun Makinde, FNSE for his undiluted belief in the peaceful co-existence of every part of Oyo State- Ibadan city inclusive.

The Union, according to the release is hopeful that the ascension of Oba Adewolu Ladoja will be a blessing to Ibadan city, as his esteemed position is a culmination of his illustrious career, philanthropic endeavors, and dedication to the preservation of Yoruba culture.
