Okanlawon Bags NUJ Community Service Award of The Year Award

Engr. Olusegun Okanlawon was an award recipient at the Grand Finale of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Press Week, 2022 held at Jogor Centre, Ibadan on Friday, 21st of October.

The award with the pronouncement, Community Leader and Human Developer of the Year was presented to Okanlawon in recognition of his active community development efforts over the years.

As one of the 10 NUJ awardees for 2022, Okanlawon received the award, flanked by Accord Party leaders from Ibarapa, the party’s Oyo South Senatorial candidate, Mr. Kolapo Idris Kola-Daisi. The Accord Party governorship candidate in Oyo State, Oloye Adebayo Adelabu Penkelemesi as well as other dignitaries and awardees graced the event.

Okanlawon congratulates Ibarapa-born philanthropist, Dominic Akinjide Fagbemi, who also made the list of 10 awardees and conferred the Philanthropist Award of the Year.
