Ogo Gbajumola, Oladeni Sends Sallah Message To All Muslims

An house of assembly candidate in Ibarapa East Constituency under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Prince Bayo Olaniyan has congratulated Muslims on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

In a statement released on Monday, Olaniyan expressed gratitude to the people of the constituency for their resilience and perseverance over years.

“I felicitate with you all, particularly the Muslim faithful, on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir.

“We should therefore be reminded that peaceful coexistence amidst us is very essential, irrespective of our religious belief, we serve the same God.

Olaniyan reassured the people of Ibarapa East Constituency of his commitment to serve better through quality representation and facilitation of essential projects to the nooks and crannies of the community.

“Let me reassure you all, that am still much committed to serve you better through quality representation at any level and I will equally facilitate meaningful projects to our constituency.

“On the joyous occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir celebration, I appeal to all the great people in our constituency to rise against the odds, reinvent a sketch for a better Ibarapa East Constituency and Oyo State, and strengthen relationship and unity to keep our people, constituency together.

“We are all aware, especially Muslims faithfuls all over the world, this celebration is to commemorate the trials and triumph of Prophet Ibrahim.

“In the spirit of celebration, it is my belief that our constituency, state and nation will hasten progress on all fronts if we re-enact the exemplary virtues as been recorded by Prophet Ibrahim, through his sacrifice, patience, steadfastness, generosity and obedience to Allah’s command and constituted authority.

“Therefore, let us learn to see ourselves as brothers and sisters from the same heritage, I wish everyone happy Sallah celebrations,” the statement read.

The founder of Oladeni Toki Foundation (APC) and aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly in 2023 under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Surveyor Bayo Oladeni, urged the people of Ibarapa East Constituency and Oyo State at large, especially Muslims, to use the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir to pray for their leaders to be able to lead in the right path and help our youths with the truth to know.

“Let me also use this opportunity to reassure the good people of our constituency that we are taking measures to address all challenges we are facing as a constituency, ranging from insecurity, unemployment, lack of infrastructure, entrust us with the mandate and trust we will perform.

“Leaders at all levels of governance must use the occasion of the Eid-el Kabir to show more sacrifices towards the people and pursue only those things that will improve the living conditions of the masses.

“We should also support governments at the local, state and federal levels in building a better society that is free from violence, insecurity and other social vices”, he added.
