LG POLL: Mass Defection As Sola Adeleke Shockwaves Idere Ward, Igniting Passion At Residents

The People’s Democratic Party’s Candidate in Ibarapa Central Local Government , Hon. Sola Adeleke on Friday, 12th April 2024 made an impressive entrance into Idere Ward 3 of the local government area.

The atmosphere was electrified with mammoth crowd who matched out with joy to welcome hon Sola Adeleke and his campaign team.

The Director General of the campaign team, Mr Yemi Atilola in his address, commended the people of Kòso/Apá Idere for the utmost support extended to the PDP since the selection of Hon Rasheed Babarinde as Vice Chairman for the April 27 election.

According to him, Hon Babarinde’s impeccable character and love for his community are qualities worthy of emulation. He appealed to them to go out massively and vote for all the PDP Candidates in the coming local government election. He further welcomed all APC members who defected to the party.

The People’s Democratic Democratic Party Chairman in Ibarapa Central Local Government, Mr Gbade Akinlolu appreciated the good gesture of people of kòso/Apá for enthusiasm welcome accorded to the campaign team, he stressed further on the hardship the country is currently experiencing under APC government, compared to what Eng. Seyi Makinde is doing in Oyo State, he appealed to them to vote for the People’s Democratic Party and ensure they deliver a massive vote for the party.

Elder Amudat Lateef in his response appreciated the Party for giving right candidate at the right time, pledged on behalf of members of ward 3 for a massive turnout to vote candidates of People’s Democratic Party and ensure they delivers successfully.

In the same vein, Elder Busari Tajudeen who led APC members to PDP also urged the people to vote PDP and ensure they monitor their votes during the election.

Hon Sola Fakorede in his own address welcomed all Party faithfuls to Idere community as he congratulated all APC members who defected to the Peoples Democratic Party. He assured them that the right candidate has arrived at the time everyone needs a working Chairman. He assured them that Sola and Babarinde is a combination that works for the party with humanitarian gesture, Reliable and trustworthy.

Another APC leader, Elder Orisabukola Bashiru in his Goodwill message assured the party that ward 3 might be small but this time new inhabitants in new ocean water and ready to deliver again with what the party has done in selecting the right candidate for the party. They have been in APC party for many years without anything APC offered, he concluded.

In the same vein, the party’s flagbearer, Hon. Sola Adeleke, outlined his vision and mission to elevate Ibarapa Central to new heights.

He further highlighted his agenda if given the opportunity of becoming the local government chairman:

1) Assurance of Quality education system.

2) Empowerment of security agency.

3) Provision of drugs across our public health centre.

4) Cash support, subsidize inputs for farming.

5) Infrastructure facilities

He assured of good governance during his time as local government chairman and pledged for more votes and utmost support during Election.

The Councilorship candidate, Hon Lawrence (Anfààní àdúgbò) in his Goodwill message appreciated all party faithfuls for the massive support, and leadership reposed on him. He assured them of good governance from his tenure when elected as ward 3 councilor.
