Kolapo Kola Daisi Wins Oyo South Senatorial District Ticket

The financial expert and banking executive, Kolapo Idris Kola-Daisi has emerged the Senatorial candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Oyo South Senatorial District.

The primary election which was held on Sunday after postponing the initial schedule of the election.

Kolapo Daisi polled 212 votes while Bimbo Adekanbi has 98 votes, Kola Balogun got 93 votes, Adegboyega Taofeek has 53 votes, Sarafadeen Alli polled 107 votes, Rotimi Adeniyi got 4 votes and Waheed Olajide has 2 votes while there was 6 voided votes.

Kolapo Idris kola is now the flagbearer of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Oyo South for the 2023 general election that will battle with Olasunkanmi Tegbe of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
