
The first and only biological daughter of the Chairman of Ibadan Baptist Conference, Victoria Ayoola got married to Oluwaseyi Ayanleye on Saturday, 20th November 2021 at New Eruwa Baptist Church, Eruwa.
The bride’s parents who are also the Undershepherd of New Eruwa Baptist Church, Rev’d & Mrs Ayoola gave Victoria Aderinola to Oluwaseyi Joseph in Holy Matrimony.

The President of Ibadan Baptist Conference, Rev’d Dr. S.A Adekunle joined the two lovers at 10:40am and pronounced them as Mr. & Mrs Oluwaseyi Victoria Ayanleye.
In the Sermon titled “Marriage; a Contract embedded in Convenant”, the Pastor of Triumphant Baptist Church Apata Ibadan, Rev’d Dr. Bamidele Oyekola made the new couple to realize that, Marriage is a covenant of oneness and togetherness.

He said, ” You must learn to suggest and listen to each other. Henceforth, ‘together’ must be your watchword”.
The Minister of the Gospel who chose the texts of his Sermon from Ecclesiastes 4:9-11 & Matthew 19:3-11 also said, Marriage is a Convenant of help till death. He advised both the husband and wife to help each other till death separate them and not to run the race of Marriage alone.
He gave them 3Ps in togetherness which are, Plan, play & Pray together.
He also added that, they should warm/cuddle each other as stated in the text read & there must be no excuse not to do that.
Baba Oyekola said, Marriage is also a convenant of Care forever.

“Christ’s standard of behaving to the Church should be your standard of running your Home not human standard”.
“To achieve all these, they must be going to the same Bible believing Church; relate well with the Undershepherd of the assembly, create room for discussion of all things and create an atmosphere of peace and interaction (leisure time).
The Programme which was well coordinated by Rev’d O.K Adegbite of Oke Iyanu Baptist Church attracted different calibers of people from all walks of life.
The programme also had the Conference Presidents of Ibadan and Lagos West, Pastors from Eruwa East and West Baptist Associations, General Manager of New Frontiers Television (Pst. E. Durodola), Olori Funke Adegbola, Evang. Tinuke Awojobi and lots more in attendance.
In his Vote of thanks, the bride’s father, Rev’d J.A Ayoola appreciated everyone (both young & old) present including members of his former church, Zion Baptist Church, Ibadan & New Eruwa Baptist Church, Eruwa who made the great event a success.
Ayoola added that, he is so surprised and happy at what people did in ensuring that Victoria happily left his Parents’ house to Oluwaseyi’s house.

He sincerely prayed for all who attended.
The wedding programme in the history of New Eruwa Baptist Church recorded a very high attendance, as the Church compound was full of people, vehicles & motorcycles during the engagement programme on Friday and the wedding programme on Saturday.
The elaborated engagement programme came up on Friday, 19th Nov., 2021.

The reception programme followed at Damola Events Centre along Orita-Lanlate, Eruwa where the Couple, both Families, Church members, minister of the gospel, friends, teenagers & well wishers danced to the brim apart from the mighty dance displayed during Thanksgiving session in the Church.
