House of Reps Candidate, Okanlawon Condoles With Accord Party Over Death of Ogunmola, Suspends Campaign For Seven Days
The House of Representatives Candidate of the Accord Party in Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency has commiserated with the entire members of Accord Party in Oyo state over the death of the HoR candidate in Atisbo/Saki East/Saki West Federal Constituency, Hon Jacob Funmi Ogunmola.
Ogunmola whose death was shockingly revealed on Monday was said to have complained of slight chest pain.
In a condolence message signed and made available by Engr. David Olusegun Okanlawon expressed his sympathy over the death of the candidate.
“I join all Accord Party candidates and members in Oyo State, particularly in Atisbo Local Government to commiserate with the family of Late Hon. Jacob Funmi Ogunmola, who was the party’s House of Representatives Candidate for Saki East/ Saki West/ Atisbo Federal Constituency.
“The news of his death came as a shock to everyone of us. On this note, I have decided to suspend my campaign consultations for seven days to honor the deceased.
“I pray that God Almighty will grant his family, Accord party members in Saki, Oke-Ogun and Oyo State as a whole the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss”, Okanlawon said.
