Gabriel Foundation Withdraw Scholarship From Oladosu Peace, Re-Award To Second Runner Up Of One Day House Of Representatives Member

The Gabriel Foundation has offered scholarship to Lawal Akeemat Adesalewa, the second runner up winner of the competition organized to select the one day house of representatives member in Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency.
This is coming hours after the family of Oladosu Peace turned down the scholarship offer.
Recall that the foundation has earlier awarded the scholarship to the overall winner of the competition, Oladosu Peace.
The foundation made the scholarship announcement in a letter addressed to Lawal Akeemat which was made available to our reporter on Wednesday.
However, the scholarship covers the tuition fee to any institution of your choice in Nigeria with an additional bonus of ₦150,000 for feeding, during your stay on campus for a year.
Chairman of the foundation, Gabriel Timileyin Mike said he’s ready to support the second runner up and bring down the initial offer that was given to Oladosu Peace.
“The scholarship covers the tuition fee of Lawal Akeemat Adesalewa to any higher institution of her choice in Nigeria, also, with an additional bonus of ₦150,000 for her feeding allowance for the first academic year,” he said.
The founder while speaking also congratulated the beneficiary of the scholarship.
Lawal Akeemat Adesalewa emerged second runner up winner at the grand finale of the one-day House of Representatives Member in Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency.
The event was organized by the federal legislator representing Ibarapa Central/North, Hon. (Dr) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju to mark his one year anniversary in office.
