Babajide Gbolagunte Foundation Rolls Out Free UTME Forms For Admission Seekers In Ibarapa
An Ibarapa based Non-Governmental Organisation, Babajide Gbolagunte Foundation (BGF), has rolled out free Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) forms to indigenes of Ibarapa East Local Government Area to further their education in tertiary institutions across the country.
The founder of BGF said there are students that might want to progress with their education and may not have the resources to get the forms.
“That was why we suggested the form goes through Federation of Eruwa Students Union (FESU) and National Association of Lanlate Students (NALS) since they are non-partisan and closer to the interested people.
Speaking with SpyGist Media, the Project Coordinator, Engr. Seun Bamidele restated that the rationale behind the birth of the foundation was to be of benefit to humanity, especially people in Ibarapa zone, encouraged the youth to see education as a light to life.
“One of the reasons to have this foundation is to help our people in Ibarapa. Bettering the lives and livelihood of people in Ibarapa East and its environs,” he said.
Bamidele urged the beneficiaries to prepare well ahead of the UTME examinations with full passion and by doing what could prepare them for future opportunities.
“We have been putting in our best as a foundation to help the people around us, we distributed palliatives during the thick period of COVID-19, we have assisted individuals, groups and organizations, we will continue to do to better the lives of our people,” Bamidele added.
Babajide Gbolagunte is a UK based legal practitioner and a successful business man who hails from Eruwa in Ibarapa East Local Government Area of Oyo State.
