B Max, Alphonso Visits Olu Aso, Promise Scholarship, Empowerment To Students, Youths In Ibarapa
A federal house of representative candidate in Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency under the platform of Social Democratic Party (SDP), Rasheed Adeyinka Gbadamosi popularly known as B Max, on Saturday, moved his campaign tour to Ibarapa Central where he promised students of Oyo State College of Agriculture and Technology, Igboora scholarship if elected to represent the people at the green chamber.
Gbadamosi who met with the Students Union Government executives of the institution promised to roll out scholarship to students if elected in the 2023 general election.
The house of representative candidate accompanied by the state assembly candidate of the party, Toye Alphonso also visited the Olu Aso palace at Igboora where they both received the royal blessings.
At the palace of Olu Also, B Max said “Work has taken me abroad but my interest and love for my constituency, brought me home. I have come for your royal blessing his royal highness sir”.
The traditional ruler appreciated the gesture of the candidates on the visitation and admonish the youths to stand by them.
Alphonso, while addressing the youths also said, “Youths are the major determinants in election considering the voting percentages in the nation and precisely our constituency.
“We therefore urge our youths to come out when it’s time to vote and not to be influenced by the peanuts some politicians will give to us at the poll, if we do that, we are the ones that will suffer the consequences.
B Max, while speaking with the youths, urged them to support him to represent their interest and promise not to disappoint them as a youth.
“We will move a giant stride on the power sector in Ibarapa land, by constructing an hydroelectric power station capable of generating uninterrupted electricity to Ibarapa Central and North local governments”, B Max added.
He also promised to empower the youths in the constituency if given the mandate to represent.
