Assembly Candidate Aderounmu Celebrate Muslims On Eid-el-Maulud

The house of assembly candidate in Ibarapa East State Constituency, Hon. Bayo Aderounmu, on Saturday rejoiced with Islamic faithful as they celebrate Eid-el-Maulud.

In his celebration message, Aderounmu admonished Muslims to establish the true virtues of Islam as it was done by the Holy Prophet.

The assembly hopeful urged Muslims in his constituency, state and nation to use the occasion of the celebration to pray for free, fair and credible exercises in the 2023 general elections.

Aderounmu said, “I want to join all Muslim faithfuls in the celebration of the birth of Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W), as we mark another Eid el-Maulud.

“This is a celebration which offers us the opportunity for thoughtful reflection as we prepare for the 2023 general election.”

“Muslims should emulate the great examples and legacies of the prophet Mohammed (S.A.W). As a nation, we were attracted to Islam through personal examples of honesty, trustworthiness, justice, patience and tolerance which was portrayed by the Prophet.”
