Son of the late Alaafin and two term serving honorable representing Oyo federal constituency at the green chamber, Hon. Akeem Adeyemi popularly known as Skimeh, has kicked off his re- election bid to represent the people of his constituency under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Consequently, Akeem Adeyemi has obtained an expression of interest and nomination forms to enable him re-contest for the legislative seat in the 2023 general elections.
SpyGist gathered this on social media with the receipt of ten million naira for the interest and nomination form.
Adeyemi was said to have picked the forms at the party National Secretariat in Abuja together with some of his supporters.l
He is a member of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives representing the Afijio, Oyo West, Oyo East, Atiba West federal constituency and the son of the late paramount king of Oyo town, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi III
