Ajakpofo Andrew popularly known as Baby Police has congratulated the Special Assistant on Youth Mobilization to Delta State Governor, Chief Uteme Bateren JP on his birthday.
Andrew, in a statement, described the Special Assistant of Delta State as a pathfinder, a visionary leader and a pan Africanist, who believes in the liberation of black race who has contributed in no small measure to the socio-political and economic development of Ughelli, Delta and Nigeria as a whole.
