The Gubernatorial Candidate of the Accord Party (AP) in Oyo State, Chief Bayo Adelabu on Friday presented the party’s flag to its house of assembly candidates and house of representatives candidate in Ido/Ibarapa East State and Federal Constituency in the 2023 general elections.
SpyGist Media reports that next general election, which is scheduled to hold in 2023 across all the states and federal capital territory of Nigeria.
The 2023 governorship candidate of Oyo State Accord Party, Chief Adebayo Adelabu officially presented the party flags to Hon. Surveyor Olubayo Tunde Oladeni Toki; the Assembly Candidate for Ibarapa East State Constituency, Hon. Kehinde Fijabi; the House of Assembly Candidate for Ido Constituency and Hon. Wahab Alao Oladejo; candidate for Ido/Ibarapa East Federal Constituency.
Adelabu urged all candidates and party leaders to work together to ensure resounding victory at the election.
He urged the party members at all levels to work harmoniously for the victory in the general election and promised that all logistics will be put in place to achieve the victory.
“I know we are many here but we still need more people, that’s why you have to go out to houses, mosques, churches, market places to campaign for them, because the people of Oyo State are tired of both PDP and APC, that is why we are contesting under the platform of Accord Party and we are confident that we will win.
“Let’s be regular in all our wards and local government meetings, we still have a lot of works to do, this is not the time to relent”, he added.
The event was graced by Oyo South Senatorial Candidate, Kolapo Kola Daisi, Chief Adeegbe, Hon Bimbo Adepoju, Alhaji Lateef Akinsanya and many other top leaders of the party.
