The speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Adebo Ogundoyin has openly appreciated the Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana after agreeing to handle the case of Timothy Adegoke who was murdered at Hilton Honor Hotel Ile Ife.

“I considered the willingness of our father and foremost human right lawyer, Femi Falana SAN to handle the case of our late brother, Mr. Timothy Oluwadamilare Adegoke on pro bono publico to ensure that justice is served as a huge favour to us as Eruwa Community and the entire Nigerian youths.

“This free legal service you’re offering and the 17million legal fee donation you asked to be returned to the family are great gifts to humanity considering the profile and sensitivity of this case, and we pray God shall reward you with victory on this case and every other good cause you fighting.

Recently, Mr Femi Falana, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, and human rights crusader, has agreed to represent Moses Adegoke’s family as they move to prosecute his high profile killers.

Falana told newsmen on Sunday that “We have accepted the instructions of the bereaved Adegoke Family. We shall handle the case pro bono publico and ensure that justice is done.”
