Accord H/A Candidate, Oladeni Toki Sympathize With Families Of Victimized Passengers At Maya/Lanlate Junction Accident
Candidate of the Accord Party for Ibarapa East State Constituency, Surveyor Bayo Oladeni Toki, on Saturday expressed his total displeasure and rude shock over the death of those who lost their lives in the ghastly Motor accident that happened at Maya/Lanlate Junction.
Oladeni stated this via his social media handle, as he condoled with the families of those involved in the ghastly accident where over ten passengers were burnt to death on Friday in an accident involving two vehicles.
It was earlier reported that two vehicles collided and caught fire immediately at Lanlate, Maya Junction in Ibarapa East Local Government area of Oyo State.
In a condolence message shared on his social media, which reads in part, “I sympathise with the victimized families of those Involved in ghastly accident of Lanlate-Maya Junction Road.
“Still in sober mood since yesterday when the sad incident news was broken. It was a black weekend here in Ibarapaland as two vehicles involved in ghastly accident along Iseyin- Abeokuta Road around Lanlate-Maya Junction collided, where more than ten (10) passengers lost their lives.
“As I share in this moment of groan and loss, I register my sincere condolences to the bereaved families and pray that God Almighty should grant them the needed fortitude to bear the rude shock. While I pray that God in his infinite mercy continue to safeguard all our journeys as we enter embers month & approaches end of the year.
“While I use this medium to implore drivers & all road users to inculcate more patience and always follow driving precautions. May the souls of all departed lives find eternal rest. (Amen),” he added.
