2023: NNPP Ibarapa East Holds State House of Assembly Primary Election

The New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in Ibarapa East held her primary election for State House of Assembly today, Wednesday, 18th of May 2022 at TOMACO HALL 1, at Old Fire Station Ground, Opposite High Court, Eruwa.

It was a hitch free exercise which was witnessed by the INEC officials, DSS officers, Police and Civil Defence.

Hon. Olawale Ojewola (Omoluabi) emerged as the candidate of the party. Subsequently, he will be the flag bearer of the party in 2023 general election to represent the good people of Ibarapa East State Constituency in Oyo State, House of Assembly.

Alh. Ganiyu Adeleke, the Ibarapa East Party Chairman, welcomed the leaders and members of the party. He used the occasion to charge the members to keep canvassing supports for the party.

In her remark, Hon. Mrs Yemisi Atanda JP, the State Women Leader of NNPP in Oyo state described the party as a peaceful political party that has the interest of masses at heart. Stressed further that the party is readily opened for the youths, women, students and aged people.

Omoluabi Olawale Ojewola, in his acceptance speech appreciated the southwest leader of the party, “Alh. Adebisi Aremu Olopoeyan (Great Leader), the State women Leader,” Hon. Mrs Yemisi Atanda, the Ibarapa East NNPP Party Chairman, “Alh. Ganiyu Adeleke Aladeowo, the local women leader,” Mrs Adebayo Nimota, the local Youth leader, “Olatunde Gafar, the Party leaders and the members across the ten wards in the constituency. He reassured them of the best representation if given the opportunity to serve them.
